This policy explains how DINLEEY LLC (GUANGZHOU DINLEEY LLC (DINLEEY LLC)), Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, handles personal information through dinleey.com and its project enquiry form. Contact: info@dinleey.com.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, work email, company, website, country or market, product category, project stage, estimated quantity, timing, message and reference files. Technical security data may include IP address, browser or device information, request time and a one-way IP hash used for abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use this information to review a proposed project, communicate with you, assess product and manufacturing requirements, prepare quotations or samples, protect the website from abuse and maintain necessary business records. Depending on the applicable law, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate communication, or legal obligations.
How enquiries are handled
An enquiry creates a private WordPress record and is delivered through authenticated Google Workspace email to info@dinleey.com. It is reviewed only by authorized DINLEEY personnel and relevant project partners when needed for the requested evaluation. The website does not make enquiry records or attachments public.
Service providers and international transfers
The website is hosted using Google Cloud in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Google Workspace is used for authenticated email delivery and mailbox storage. DINLEEY personnel in China review and respond to enquiries. Information may therefore be transferred to and processed in the Republic of Korea, China, the United States or other locations where Google and its affiliates operate, using contractual, security and access controls appropriate to the service.
Retention
Uploaded files are automatically removed from the website’s private attachment storage after 30 days. The anti-abuse IP hash is removed on the same cleanup cycle. Enquiry records and business correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for evaluation, follow-up, an active business relationship, dispute prevention, accounting or legal obligations, and are then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Cookies and similar technologies
If you visit from the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) only after you choose “Allow analytics” in our consent panel; before consent, Google Analytics tags are not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google. For visitors from all other regions (based on the approximate country of your IP address as reported by our content delivery network, Cloudflare), Google Analytics 4 is active by default, and you can turn it off at any time with “Turn off analytics” in the panel or later through “Cookie settings”; if your region cannot be determined, we treat your visit like one from the EU/EEA. While analytics is active, GA4 may collect page views, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser or device information, referrer, and interaction events such as scrolls, outbound clicks, downloads and successful project-enquiry submissions. We disable Google Signals and advertising personalization and do not use analytics data for advertising. Google may process analytics data in the United States and other locations. Analytics cookies and the locally stored consent choice are limited to 180 days. You may reject or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings”; withdrawal stops future collection and removes accessible GA cookies from this browser.
The site stores the campaign source of your first visit (for example utm_source and utm_campaign; no personal data) in your browser for 30 days to understand which channels bring enquiries, and includes it when you submit the enquiry form.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers described above, to project partners only when necessary for your request, when required by law, or to protect legal rights and website security. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated advertising.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. Email info@dinleey.com with enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Security
We use access controls, private storage outside the public media library, file-type and size restrictions, anti-spam controls, authenticated email delivery and limited administrative access. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for business contacts and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information about a child through the enquiry form.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page. Questions or privacy requests: info@dinleey.com.
